Bienvenido en Venezuela! This page is an about-page, about me, Michael Scholz from Germany and my project. At this moment I am not studying geoinformatics in Münster, but I usually tend to. It all began 2009-08-13, from this timestamp on I am living in Camurí Grande, near Naiguatá in Venezuela. The next five months I will spend my time getting a closer look at the national park “El Avila” located right away a few footsteps south of my small habitation. But, first of all, the main objective is to learn a completely new language ’cause in this region the common muchacho neither speaks English, nor German, Polish or whateverisimportedfromeurope, except Spanish.


This Blog shall give a small insight into the local life, new impressions, my thoughts and the things I am working on, so my friends and loved-ones scattered somewhere around 52° North / 7° East can get the hint of an idea what’s going on down here.
